Alisyn Camerota Bio

Alisyn Lane Camerota has been journalist, political analyst and broadcaster with CNN since the year 2001. She is a former anchor on CNN's New Day, co-host for the CNN Newsroom afternoon show and the host of CNN Tonight. From 2022-2023 she also served as an Fox News presenter. Tim Lewis is a partner of Southfield Capital, the private equity company where Alisyn Camerota works. They are married since 2002. At first, I kept my infertility struggle private matter. Infertility, even then, was considered a stigma. Since I didn't know that there were a lot of people who were suffering from fertility issues, I was feeling very alone. In 2005 IVF was successful and in the end my twins came into the world. Camerota resigned from her job as co-anchor for CNN New Day with Laura Coates as well as Jake Tapper.
