Anna Christine Nalick was born in Anna, New York. She released her debut album Wreck O' the Day on April 19, 2005. It featured Breathe, the first of her hits radio song. Nalick, who had been associated with Sony Records since 2005, left the record label following a dispute regarding the release of her studio album 2 in 2009.
